A ‘just-in-time’ break in snow falls in France gave us the opportunity to end the 2009 year and to launch the club’s activity for the starting 2010 year through this meeting of the COLD SPRAY CLUB. More than 20 persons attended this meeting in Mines ParisTech and followed the presentations given by members of companies and universities from Germany, Belgium, japan and France. The discussion about new equipments and heavy trends that were remarked during last conferences on thermal spraying and cold spraying (HVOF 2010 in Erding and RIPT4 in Lille) was rich and interactive. Moreover, the Liaison Program for memebers was deeply discussed in order to select new topics and materials to enhance the content of the work done on the behalf of COLD SPRAY CLUB through the collaborative involvement of numerous club’s members.
