For its 20th meeting, the COLD SPRAY CLUB hosted 35 people in the premises of the Ecole des Mines de Paris. Five scientific presentations speakers (Finland, France, Japan) were followed by comments about the papers presented at past conferences of which members could participate these past six months. Then a panel discussion was arranged with members around two themes emerged from requests collected from members. A first debate entitled “Cold Spray and Laser: a smart combination to innovate” followed by a second “Questioning around Cold Spray powders”. The meeting, which ended around 13h was followed by a buffet in the beautiful area of the “Hall of Columns” Parisian site of the School of Mines. Note that this meeting is a launch meeting of the COLD SPRAY CLUB in its new form. This results in a new website that we hope more interactive with all members and also the launch of a partnership / sponsor annual campaign to help with the logistics of the meetings of the COLD SPRAY CLUB.
