For the first time, the Cold Spray Club goes outside Europe.

The meeting will be held in DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Chongqing Nan’an, situated at N° 36, Nanping West Road, district de Nan’an, Chongqing, co-located with Conrad Hilton.

- Tuesday November 4
1.30 pm departure from Hilton by private coach for the visit of the Dazu Rock Carvings, an exceptional UNESCO world heritage site (https://whc.unesco.org/en/list/912/)
Evening: back to Chongqing for a quick dinner before boarding a ship for a night cruise on the Yangtze river - Wednesday November 5
All day: Technical meeting (2 coffee breaks and lunch included)
Poster session, with prizes for the best posters
Evening: gala dinner (Chinese hot pot-most famous local dish) - Thursday November 6
All day: Technical meeting (2 coffee breaks and lunch included)
Evening: social dinner (typical Chongqing food) - Friday November 7
9 am departure from Hilton by private coach for the visit to Chonqing Zoo, which is home to four celebrity pandas
12 am back to the Hilton hotel (confirmed possibility of late check-out for those willing to fly back later on the same day)
Registration and Payment
The standard registration fee is set to € 495. The fee includes everything listed in the program above (except hotel rooms).It is also possible to bring an accompanying person, this option includes the tours on Tue 4 and Friday 7, in addition to all the dinners (from 4 to 6). The guest fee is € 375.Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal. We have to charge an additional 5% for credit card or PayPal payments.

Accomodation Options

We have negotiated special rates for rooms at DoubleTree for Cold Spray Club members:
Prices are reported in CNY (today 1 CNY = 0.12 EUR = 0.14 USD)
To book your hotel room, please write an email to the hotel at ryan.ren@hilton.com, and mention the room type you chose, your name, the check-in and check-out dates as well as our conference code “33CSC”. You will receive confirmations within 3 days (but normally within 24 hours). We can definitely support you for this if you experience difficulties. Please, write to us in this case.
You may also ask for the Conrad rooms by writing to the same email address. Rooms at Conrad are normally starting from € 150, but still a great price for the luxury brand. Conrad is in the same building and has equally easy access to the conference room.
